Privacy Policy

Last updated: the date this page was last edited in the admin panel.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Creator Collective collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Platform: creating your profile, coordinating engagement tasks, sending notifications you've opted into, enforcing our Terms and Community Guidelines, and improving the Platform over time.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not post to your social media accounts on your behalf -- you always control your own accounts directly.

4. Sharing With Other Members

Your display name, bio, platform links, badges, and (if you opt in) your trust/consistency score are visible to other members, since that visibility is core to how the Platform's mutual-engagement system works.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information except where we're required to retain records (e.g. for fraud prevention or legal compliance).

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including password hashing, CSRF protection, and rate limiting on sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Your Choices

You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings, control which notifications you receive, and request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
