Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creator Collective (the "Platform"). By registering an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Platform Links and Locked Fields

When you join a platform category, you provide a link or handle for that platform. Once saved, these fields are locked and can only be changed through an admin-approved request. This exists to prevent members from swapping out their linked accounts to evade consequences for a policy violation.

4. Community Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to promote content that:

• Contains or promotes pornography or sexually explicit material
• Promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes illegal drug use or other illegal activity
• Infringes another party's intellectual property rights
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to scam other members

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion, following the review process described in our Community Guidelines. Members may be notified to other members so they can choose to unfollow/unsubscribe from an expelled member's accounts.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The Platform organizes and facilitates mutual engagement between members. We do not guarantee follower counts, view counts, or any other specific outcome on any third-party platform, and we are not responsible for the policies, algorithms, or enforcement actions of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, or any other third-party service.

6. Third-Party Platform Policies

You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.) that you connect to or reference on Creator Collective.

7. Plans and Payments

Some features are available only on paid plans. Fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. See our support channels for our current refund practices.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be presented for re-acceptance where required.
